James Findlay "Black Watch White Warrior"

was raised and looked after for the first 3 years of his life at the Cameron Barracks Inverness, by his mother Sheila and the Black Watch Regiment stationed there. (The Black Watch is the highest decorated and honoured regiment in British Army history, and the pride of the Scottish People) His mother Sheila Findlay, which when translated into the celtic language "gaelic" Sheila means "Heaven" and Findlay means "White Warrior"

A YOGI is someone who SERVE and SHARE his spiritual life experience in order to help others. His Sadhana or practise is just his life as you can see it, it is not something done in a secluded place in a determined time. The Sadhana is the life of the yogi itself with no break, in any occasion. There is no title nor trdition where we can hide behind, we are just ourself, we are our own title and tradition like any other Master has been.

"Meta Yoga begins in the Sun. Before I "practice" Meta Yoga I first learn how to play and when I know how to play then I can meditatate and practise yoga in the Sun. Meditation is the key to all Yoga forms. When I go to the Sun there is surya, fusion, union. My Yoga is "fusion " in the Sun. The Sun is the Master of fusion. The Master of Play, The Master of Creation. The Heart of Creation. The Master of Yoga. and the Master of Wisdom.

I recommend to all those interested in practicing Yoga to learn how to play first and then do your Yoga.. To play is why we are here. Meta Yoga is the "yoking" of the Sun, and the "yoking" of Play.

I can help you and guide you into Play, where you can learn how to play in the Sun,

I both "practice" my yoga and I "live" my yoga And as I "practice" my yoga, my discipline follows the beat of my heart, and my timing is according to my heart, and I create "the flow" with my heart, which listens to the heart of the Sun.

The Sun is Alive, and is a Great Being

Do you know that scientists with the SOHO satelite have discovered that the sun pulses every 5 minutes. It makes a sound while it pulses. It beats like a heart. The Sun is playing. dancing. I have heard the Sun sing.

For 35 years I have been playing in the Sun, All this time quietly, in the highlands of Scotland, and now in the heart of Denmark.

To focus on the sun and meditate on the sun is not enough. One needs to Play in the Sun . The starting point of meditation and Meta Yoga is to play in the heart of the Sun. then we can learn how to play here on earth. And then we can learn to do both simultaneously. This was the secret of the original Yogis "The Fools" who experimented and played and danced their way through life. They were doing all this because they were beside themselves and lost in themselves and found themselves again, in the Sun. They danced here amongst us here on Earth, simply because they were dancing in the Sun at the same time. There was no seperation. Their point of view was the Sun. Their Meta Yoga was the Sun. They saw the Earth through the eyes of the Sun They danced amongst us while they were dancing in the Sun. They moved through this world as they moved through the Sun. There was no seperation. The Sun and the Earth were one, and the "Original Yogis" "yoked" the Sun and the Earth together. The Sun and the Earth were united through them. We have forgotten this. We have forgotten how to play in the Sun, and even more so, we have forgotten how to play on Earth.

The original yogis were master of Play, they explored, experimented, and invented new ways to move and play on the Earth and in the Sun and we can practice in their spirit—sensing, feeling, and acting from our own internal sun—if we're to actively participate in the continuation and evolution of humanity.
