James Findlay The One Law (The Braveheart Spirit)
Since I was 18 I began to play with meditation in the Sun, partly because I realized I was playing here on earth. I found deep meditation and healing more as a side effect than anything else. I was not looking for deep meditation or healing, they just happened. My goal was to explore and play as deeply as I possibly could. I am still doing this and since I was 18 I have been showing others how to do this in spiritual work social work and psychological work. I have you could say been training those who wish to help others to be better at their work through the spiritual and educational communication tools I call Meta and Play. To reach the deepest spiritual realms of consciousness and the simplist practical tools of helping oneself and others to play.
I have no teaching only a few methods and guidelines on how to play with meditation in the Sun. My work is radically simple, the sun and play. The Sun and Play belongs to each and everyone of us I can only remind you of the Sun and Play. I can only remind you of what you already know. Here on this website I can tell you about how I meditate in the Sun. On my other website I tell you about how I play . www.playfoundation.com Though these two websites may appear to have radically different approaches and languages, they are telling the same story. I believe we are here to play. You can choose to play with this idea or not.

Book Review
This book is important, both in content and style.
Firstly, it reveals insights to a whole series of critical questions, addressing
the New Age Supermarket" or " The New Age Labyrinth" as James
Findlay calls this new age "Industry" which has quickly grown
throughout the western world.
Secondly, the books concept shows a grounded Socratic philosophical
understanding of human values which in essence goes way beyond the usual New Age
angle regarding "angels, reincarnation and karma". The book insists
upon everyones natural and democratic right to shape their own life, despite the
"imperialisation" dominating the world of "self
realisation".
Thirdly, the books style creates from the very first page a strong sense of
curiosity and expectation which drives the reader onward. The reader is egged-on
and encouraged to follow the author deeper into the heart of the labyrinth by a
series of poetic and mysterious stories and allegories. At the same time, this
poetic style of storytelling reveals and unfolds the classical art of
storytelling, which makes the reading of it, a delightful experience.
The books Socratic philosophical foundations demonstrates exceptional style
throughout its educational and clear construction.
Furthermore the book is spiced thoughout with personal accounts from the authors
many years experience of the New Age.
Make no mistake. Here is an experienced insider who is addressing us.
A rare reading experience. A book for our time.

Before there was Yoga, before there was Yogi's, there was play. The original yogis were master of Play, they explored, experimented, and invented new ways to move and play on the Earth and in the Sun and we can practice in their spirit—sensing, feeling, and acting from our own internal sun.
Scientists with the SOHO satelite have discovered that the sun pulses every 5 minutes. It makes a sound while it pulses. It beats like a heart. The Sun is playing. dancing. I have heard the Sun sing.
Here you can listen to the sun
http://solar-center.stanford.edu/singing/
The original Yogis "The Fools" experimented and played and danced their way through life. They were doing all this because they were beside themselves and lost in themselves and found themselves again, in the Sun. They danced here amongst us here on Earth, simply because they were dancing in the Sun at the same time. There was no seperation. Their point of view was the Sun. Their Meta Yoga was the Sun. They saw the Earth through the eyes of the Sun They danced amongst us while they were dancing in the Sun. They moved through this world as they moved through the Sun. There was no seperation. The Sun and the Earth were one, and the "Original Yogis" "yoked" the Sun and the Earth together. The Sun and the Earth were united through them.
I believe enlightenment is not something I achieve "Union with the Supreme". It is not a goal the end result of all my efforts, nor a process, nor a becoming, though it does have for certain these elements. It is more the beginning, my starting point. One could say from the moment we are born. This starting point is our centre. Though this may be accurate it only tells half the story. This starting point (the moment we are born) is still with us, our centre. This centre ( the moment we are born) does not get left behind and forgotten. it is dynamically with us right now (as naked as we were then). Children are able to hang on to this nakedness and to show this for a long time. Some of them just keep on going.
Enlightenment is to show this starting point and demonstrate that here in this moment I have just been born.
I received my spiritual titles and positions of honour not because I was looking to receive them, or that I worked hard at spiritual disciplines techniques or methods. but because through determined effort and courage I mastered the sheer intense discipline needed to reach the joyous heights one can reach, through playing.
Just because play may seem to come easy to us does not necessary imply that to play is an easy thing to do.

A YOGI is someone who SERVE and SHARE his spiritual
life experience in order to help others. His Sadhana or practise is just his
life as you can see it, it is not something done in a secluded place in a
determined time. The Sadhana is the life of the yogi itself with no break, in
any occasion. There is no title nor trdition where we can hide behind, we are
just ourself, we are our own title and tradition like any other Master has been.

“Play is Play, but it is also about what it has become, a way and a path, for Play is on the move, Play is changing because of its own influence on those who practise or observe Play. Play has now become a myth and an icon , a symbol of all that is spiritual, a discipline, and a teaching and an awareness, a symbol of devotion and dedication, even an art.” James Aug 2007

"Who
would ever believe, that play would sneak up on us and bite us on our tail?
Who
would ever believe, that play is the essence of all things regarding spiritual
thought and
spiritual knowledge?
Who
would ever believe that all philosophies exploring the worlds of spirituality,
logic and truth are forms of play
Who
would ever believe, that the very thing we are striving to find, reach and

we already
have within us, and are using this, to find, reach
